2 Options:

  1. Custom Plan: Fully customize your meals. After consulting with us, send us a list of a proteins, carbs, and veggies for each meal. Also specify portion size. Additionally, if you have a pre-designed meal plan you’d like to send us, we can prep that for you as well. Restrictions may apply.
  2. Variety Plan: after consulting with us we will set you up on a plan that incorporates a variety of different proteins, carbs, and veggies that are listed below. If you have specifics that you wish to exclude then take a look below and let us know.


  • We set you up on a weekly recurring meal prep membership so you don’t have to reorder constantly. No contract or commitment required! If you wish to cancel after your first week let us know by email by 12pm every Saturday.
  • We cater to your specific portion sizes and needs (based on your fitness goal)

seasonings and spices may change on a weekly basis depending on the chef’s choice. Variety and flavor is a must!

Pickup/delivery options:

  • Pick ups are every Monday 8-10am or 6-8pm at our gym location (SIERRA STRENGTH) @ 2316 Stevens creek boulevard in San Jose.
  • delivery is +$25/week (within 10 miles radius)
